Instructor Toolbox was founded to fulfill an obvious need in the fitness industry and to fill the gap between certification and teaching. After getting certified, many instructors do not know where to go to build the practical skills necessary to pass an audition and begin their teaching career. Many personal trainers have the smarts, but don’t understand the dynamic of teaching to a group.
